BRUSH, INDIA INK, DIGITAL COLORS – 2024
This sketch had been around, haunting me for several years. I added it to my summer ’24 list of comic pieces I wanted to do. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve really grown to appreciate the work of the great artists of the Golden Age of comics. This drawing was inspired by all those artists who built the legend of Batman and helped create the cultural phenomenon he’s become.
